It doesn’t matter which of our yoghurts, ice creams or fudge you try, they all share a rich, delicious flavour because they’re all made with organic milk and cream from our freely-grazing Jersey herd. Combine these raw materials with the finest Italian equipment and you get what the Italians call artisan ice cream, full of flavour and texture. We make many of the ingredients here, too; you can really taste the freshness – and the lack of preservatives – in our fresh fruit jams and in the distinctive smoothness of the fudge in Hokey Pokey crunch. (Even the water in our sorbets comes from the farm’s spring … )

We also make and sell our own clotted cream, apple juice, cider, jams, chutneys, mustards and marmalade. And the same principles apply: the best ingredients, grown locally and naturally, blended in combinations we’ve tried over and over to make sure they taste as good as they can.
