Fudge
Our Jersey cows graze freely in the meadows round the farm; their diet of lush grass produces the creamiest organic milk, which we turn into clotted cream in the farm’s kitchen.
We then take the trays of rich cream to the fudge room. Here, their contents are spooned into vats of golden fudge to create traditional melt-in-the-mouth cubes.
Some fudge batches are flavoured before they are poured into moulds – organic stem ginger, for example – while other batches are flavoured only with rich clotted cream. Nothing else is needed.
All of the Roskilly’s fudge is Soil Association certified and the organic range is made using palm oil from sustainable sources. All our fudges are available in 100g bags. A limited range is also available in 200g boxes. For trade customers, the bags are sold in 20×100g display boxes and the boxes in 10×200g packs.
