Organic Pro-biotic Yoghurt

Initially we’re making three flavours (natural, raspberry and gooseberry) in one pot size, 500ml. We want to wait for customers’ feedback and then develop the yoghurt the way you want, rather than just making it all anyway and carrying on regardless.

These yoghurts are sweetened with agave syrup (5%) instead of sugar and are less than 1% fat. The Yoghurt are made with pro-biotic culture. Remember – especially when reading the science lesson below – that despite the talk of intestines and bacteria, these are rich, creamy and delicious yoghurts. It just so happens they’ll do you some good too …

Everybody’s large intestine contains pro-biotics; they’re harmless bacteria which help stop ugly pathogens (like E.coli or campylobacter) from entering the bloodstream. The idea of a pro-biotic food or drink is to add to nature’s supply of these friendly defenders, and so boost your immune system.
